BenefitConnect AI Solutions is built to protect your privacy. We collect only general, non-identifying information needed to provide a preliminary screening.
What we do NOT collect
We never ask for your Social Security number, full date of birth, medical records, or account numbers. We do not store your name, phone number, or email address.
No confidential data in AI
No confidential or personal medical information is ever included in automated classification. Only general eligibility ranges are used.
No personal data in URLs
We never place personal information in web addresses, links, or query parameters.
Secure external links
Connections to partner services (such as HIPAA-compliant intake forms and referral workflows) are only enabled after the required HIPAA arrangements, access controls, and vendor agreements have been configured and verified by an administrator.
Role-based access
Management settings and review tools are protected by administrator authentication and role-based access controls.
